Wilmer Hall Childrenโ€™s Home seeks a full-time House Parent for the Transitional Living Program, providing supervision and care for young women ages 18-22. The House Parent will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision, nurturing, and safety of the young people in their care. The House Parent reports directly to the Program Director and will work a four day on, four day off schedule. When on duty, the House Parent will reside overnight in a residential cottage on Wilmer Hallโ€™s campus that is occupied by young women.

This is a full-time position with full benefits. Applicants are required to possess a valid license, a clean driving record, and possess a high school diploma or GED. They must also pass a drug test. Wilmer Hall is a tobacco and alcohol-free campus. Wilmer Hall Children's Home is a non-profit faith-based organization that has been serving young people in need in Mobile, Alabama since 1864. Wilmer Hall serves children and young adults through several programs that provide tutoring, on-campus living, and other tools needed to succeed. Interested?
